Diversity and InCLusion

Looking, thinking, and behaving like the people we serve

We are on a journey together. We have work to do, but we are confident and aspirational with improving our diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts across all aspects of our business. We have set ambitious goals and are on track to deliver in a thoughtful and measured way.

ISS’ D&I Strategy: Inclusion First

We lead with inclusion and prioritize it because we know that valued and engaged employees create better solutions for our clients. Employee retention is increased, and we transform our culture from “a place to work” to “a place where employees do their best work.”

  • Invest in D&I Council

I feel passionate about D&I because a diverse and inclusive workplace is one that makes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do for the business, feel equally involved and supported.

D&I is important to me because having people of different cultures and including them in various programs will build up confidence to provide a comfortable, supportive, inspiring atmosphere, and enable our teams to flourish.

Rotondo Young

As a retired military veteran, I have had the pleasure of personally witnessing individuals of different backgrounds, cultures, and genders work together to accomplish a mission. I also strongly believe that diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from junior employees, peers, and senior leadership.

I believe that as a company where people are our greatest resource, we have a responsibility to ensure our employees have equal opportunities and feel represented. We are stronger together when we are able to recognize and celebrate our diverse backgrounds.
