For ISS, quality means freshly prepared food made using specially selected ingredients. We only work with suppliers who can provide the highest quality of freshness and flavor, and take pride in creating food that tastes good and has been properly sourced. 

To us, quality also means variation. Therefore, we create menus using seasonal ingredients when they are at their best and most affordable. We design our menus to meet the different expectations and behaviors demanded by our customers - from traditional local classics to international dishes for the ‘explorers’. Simply, we use the best ingredients when in season, and our craftsmen then create authentic recipes so they are fresh when they appear on the plate.

When visiting one of our cafeterias or restaurants, we aim to create a positive and memorable experience for all the right reasons.  For us, it’s as much about the dining experience as it is the service experience. Our talented catering teams are specially trained and always ready to welcome guests, and talk to them about the day’s menu and promotions, adding to the complete experience that’s designed to complement the food.

ISS continually provides appropriate training and support to encourage issues of sustainable development. We focus on maximizing the efficient use of energy and materials, continually improving pollution prevention measures and increase the use of renewable resources.

To minimize waste generation we also educate in the repair, re-use, rework and recycling ahead of the responsible disposal of surplus materials. ISS are committed to working with supply chain partners to reduce our environmental impact and deliver more sustainable service solutions to our clients.
