ISS Announces Mauro Scigliano as Chief Operating Officer
ISS Appoints an Industry Leader as New COO
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - ISS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mauro Scilgiano as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Scigliano will oversee operations for over 3,000 clients across North America; ensuring customers receive optimal value for their facilities’ investment in management and operations. His responsibilities include keeping ISS operations on budget while effectively and efficiently deploying its resources.

With over 30 years of experience in the facility services industry, Scigliano brings an impressive background of operational experience and leadership success. He joins ISS after successfully extensive filling years in senior executive roles with DTZ UGL Services, GCA, Service Performance, and ABM, where he launched and led its Facility Services division.

has consistently led high-performance teams in operations, strategy, business development, and operational excellence.

Scigliano is an active member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), BOMI International, and the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). In addition to educational degrees, Scigliano is Lean Manufacturing, and 5S certified, and holds several other manufacturing and management certifications.
