"Ms. Wanda (Wanda Gardner) is the light of a lot of my days, as I come into the garage to park or go in to the Center to work, she is there to greet with a smiling face. This isn't only for me though. She knows most of the people who park in this area by first name, and they know her. One day, I heard her console someone who she only knew from the times they passed, through a rough time. Ms Wanda is a light to all of my co-workers as well as myself, and those who pass her, she has a spirit that you can trust, whether you've known her for years, or you just see her in passing, she is an example of how we should all be toward each other, open honest, and friendly. I believe she embodies what this city stands for. COMPASSION FOR ALL!!!"
Another person wrote:
“It doesn’t matter if it’s cold, hot, pouring down rain, or perfect weather...Wanda always make time to stop you, say hello, wish you a good day, ask about your family, or just make your day better!”
