Chief Executive Officer
Phillip joined ISS with over thirty (30) years of experience in operations and leadership roles, with significant experience in large, globally distributed service models. Prior to his time at Tyco, Phil served as an officer in the US Army. He has a B.S. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.
Before joining ISS, Phil was Vice President of Tyco Business Systems, a leading fire protection, security, and retail solutions provider with USD 11 billion in revenue and 57,000 employees.
In addition to his most recent role at Tyco,Phil worked as President, Installation & Services, Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore and Sydney, and as Vice President of Business Operations and then President of the Latin American region based in Mexico City.

Chief Finance Officer
With over twenty five (25) years of experience, Thomas brings a strong international background in strategic financial management to the Finance division of ISS North America.
Thomas joined ISS in 2013 as the Commercial CFO for Global Operations & Group Commercial, where his focus was on optimizing financial and operational performance for global contracts across the ISS Group. As part of these roles, Thomas has launched Operational Benchmarking as well as Share@ISS. Before joining ISS, Thomas held several key leadership roles, including CEO at Secunia, CFO in Telenor Denmark, and other Finance positions with increasing roles of responsibility.
In addition to his role as Commercial CFO for Global Operations, Thomas is the founder of the ISS Corporate Garage, focused on unleashing the power of innovation within ISS from across the world.
Thomas holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.

Executive Vice President - General Counsel
Kelli joined ISS after spending over 10 years with Billing Services Group (BSG), a publicly traded outsourcing service provider for the telecommunications industry. As General Counsel, Kelli was responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
In her current role as EVP, General Counsel at ISS, Kelli is responsible for leading all Legal, Employee Relations, Risk Management and Communication functions, working closely with the Operations teams.
Kelli has a Law degree and Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
In 2012, Kelli was honored as one of the National Top 10 Attorneys Under the Age of 40 at the Annual Meeting of the Association Corporate Counsel (ACC). The prestigious award recognizes ten of the most active and successful young in-house attorneys in the United States.

Executive Vice President – Business Development
Jon Love is one of the Top 100 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America (Savoy Magazine, 2014). He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for ISS Facility Services. In this role he designs, develops and manages all growth strategies and B2B acquisition support. He leads all sales and capture management professionals in North America.
Jon has extensive experience in running large, complex businesses. He served in various executive roles including Group Vice President of Business Development at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), President of Pitney Bowes Government Solutions and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Robbins-Gioia, a leading management consulting firm, and National Vice President of Field Service Operations for Avaya.
Additionally, Jon has over 20 years of board experience and currently sits on the boards of United Way National Capital Area and Hampton University School of Business. He is a prior board member of United Way International Board and the Greater Detroit Chamber of Commerce.
Jon attended Knoxville College and Bowie State University and studied Business Management. He is also a graduate of the Rutgers University Advanced Management Program and Columbia University’s Executive Education Program for Marketing Management.

Senior Vice President - Industry, Manufacturing and Aviation
Mike Kopp brings a wealth of facility services and leadership experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Industry, Manufacturing, and Aviation. Mike joined ISS from GCA Services Group , where he was a founding member, responsible for growth and operations across multiple business sectors.
Prior to joining GCA in 2006, Mr. Kopp was a founding member of Crothall Healthcare. He specialized in operations optimization. Mr. Kopp held several senior leadership positions.
In 1986, Mike entered the facility services industry by joining Marriott’s full-service Hotel Division, rising to the position of General Manager before joining the newly-formed Marriott Management Services.
Mike began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a counterintelligence agent and an aide to the 2nd FSSG Commander, coordinating the day-to-day operations of over 22,000 Marines and Sailors.
Mike is a graduate of American Intercontinental University with a degree in Business.
